The design consists in the conversion of two apartments into one single duplex. The social areas of the house are located on the groundfloor, and can be extended to the exterior terrace and garden by opening a big operable glass window. On the upper floor, the rooms are organized around the stair and hall which form a vertical void that connects the two floors of the house.
